Academy Xi Scholarship Policy
Overview
At Academy Xi, we are committed to making education accessible and empowering individuals to achieve their career goals. Our Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to eligible students who demonstrate a strong passion for learning and professional growth.
Eligibility & Application Process
Scholarship applications are open to all prospective students who meet the program’s entry requirements.
Applicants may apply for a scholarship once per year, with a limit of one application per person per year.
Scholarships are available for selected courses, subject to availability and program-specific requirements.
Application Submission & Selection Process
Applications are reviewed and awarded quarterly. The application review process takes place one month prior to the start of each new quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4).
Successful applicants will commence their course at the beginning of the following quarter.
To apply, candidates must complete the online Scholarship Application Form, providing:
Personal and contact details
A statement outlining their career goals and motivations for applying
Any relevant experience or achievements that support their application
Evaluation Criteria
Scholarships are awarded based on:
The applicant’s demonstrated passion for their chosen field of study
The potential impact of the scholarship on their education and career
A commitment to completing the course and applying the acquired skills in a professional setting
Financial need may also be considered as a secondary factor
Notification & Acceptance
Applicants will be notified of the outcome via email before the commencement of the new quarter.
Successful applicants must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship offer within the specified timeframe.
By accepting the scholarship, recipients agree to:
Enrol in the specified course at the start of the next quarter
Allow Academy Xi to showcase their name and image as a scholarship recipient on our website and digital marketing materials
Provide a testimonial about their course experience upon completion
Scholarship Limitations & Conditions
Scholarships cover a percentage of the total course cost and do not include additional expenses such as course materials, software, or personal costs.
Scholarship offers cannot be deferred to a later intake and must be used for the awarded intake.
Failure to commence or complete the course may result in the forfeiture of the scholarship and impact future eligibility.
Academy Xi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Scholarship Program at any time.
